What Rabita covers today

Packages
Your internet packages with speed, price and billing cycle. Change a price and the next billing run uses it.
Subscribers
Name, phone, CNIC, address, package, PPPoE username and password, status, connection date and billing day. Search, and import from CSV.
Monthly billing
One run per month creates an invoice for every active subscriber. Overdue subscribers can be suspended in one step, and reactivated the moment their balance clears.
Payments
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, cash or bank, with a reference. Payments settle invoices automatically and update the balance.
Invoices and money summary
Every invoice with its status, plus the totals that matter: collected this month and outstanding.

Does Rabita collect JazzCash or EasyPaisa payments by itself?
No. Your staff record each payment in Rabita, with the method and the reference. The invoice settles and the balance updates the moment it is saved. Automatic collection needs a payment gateway agreement, which we scope separately.
Can it send WhatsApp reminders and switch off a defaulter's connection?
Rabita marks the account suspended and active again in its own records. Sending WhatsApp messages and controlling the router need integrations set up for your network, so we agree them before setup rather than promise them here.
Can I bring my existing subscriber list?
Yes. Rabita imports a CSV of subscribers, so the list you keep today becomes the starting point. We review it with you before the first billing run.
How much does Rabita cost?
It is priced for the size of your network and the setup you need. Ask on WhatsApp with your subscriber count and we quote the same day.
Is Amanat part of Rabita?
No. Amanat is a separate product by the same team, built for rent-a-car operators. Rabita is for internet service providers. Each has its own setup and its own price.
